Avocado on Toast with Albacore Tuna Belly & Piquillo Peppers


Ingredients


(Serves 2)

2 cans Ocean Naturals Albacore Tuna Belly with Piquillo Peppers
2 Thick Slices of Sourdough Bread
1 Ripe Avocado
1 Garlic Clove
¼ Cup Thinly Sliced Scallions (soak in water for at least 30 minutes)
½ Lime Juiced

Instructions


Add avocado to a bowl and mash until creamy. Add lime and season with salt and pepper, then set aside.

Toast the bread then rub each side with the garlic clove. Top with avocado, tuna and piquillo peppers then garnish with scallions.
