Cheesy, Gooey Baked Pasta with Ocean Naturals® Albacore Solid Tuna


(Serves 2)

1 can Ocean Naturals® Albacore Solid Tuna in Olive Oil
2 cups Heavy Cream
8oz Dried Pasta (macaroni for example)
3 Garlic Cloves Sliced
½ cup Breadcrumbs
½ cup Parmesan
4 tbsp Olive Oil
Parsley for garnish


Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil and add plenty of salt. Add pasta and cook per packet instructions, drain then set aside.

In large pan, add 2 tbsp of olive oil and garlic. Cook on medium heat until lightly brown then add cream. Reduce heat to low and simmer mixture until reduced by half and thickened. While the cream is reducing, preheat the oven to 400F degrees.

Once cream is ready, add pasta, Ocean Naturals tuna and ¼ cup of parmesan, season with salt and pepper then mix well. Add to a baking dish and set aside.

In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, the remaining parmesan and olive oil. Sprinkle over the top of the pasta dish and bake for 10 minutes or until the breadcrumbs are golden brown. Serve and garnish with parsley.
