Avocado Dip with Ocean Naturals® Albacore Tuna Flakes with Jalapeno & Piquillo Peppers


Ingredients


(Serves 2-4)
Prep/Cook time: 20-25 minutes

1 jar Ocean Naturals® Albacore Tuna Flakes with Jalapeno & Piquillo Peppers in Olive Oil
4-5 Cherry Tomatoes Sliced
2 tbsp Papitas Slated
Cilantro for garnish

Avocado Puree
2 Large Ripe Avocados
3 Garlic Cloves
½ tsp Ground Cumin
3 Limes Juiced
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Water as needed
Salt to taste

Lime Crème
2 tbsp. Sour Cream
½ Lime Juiced
½ tbsp Water
Salt

Instructions


Start by making the avocado puree. Place avocados, garlic, lime juice and cumin in blender or food processor. Begin to blend mixture, add a little water if mixture is too thick. Once avocado puree is smooth while still mixing, slowly add olive oil then season with salt.

In a small bowl, Lime Crème Mix all the Lime Crème until smooth.

To assemble, pour avocado puree into a bowl. Drizzle the lime crème over then carefully top with Ocean Naturals tuna followed by tomatoes, papitas and cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips or your favorite cracker.
