Carpaccio with Ocean Naturals® Yellowfin Solid Tuna and Heirloom Tomato


(Serves 2-4)

1 can Ocean Naturals® Yellowfin Solid Tuna in Olive Oil
1-2 Large Heirloom Tomatoes (very thinly sliced)
Sliced Red Onion
¼ cup Wild Arugula
Drizzle of Aged Sweet Balsamic Vinegar
Drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil


To assemble, lay tomatoes evenly on a large plate, top with red onion and arugula. Season with salt and pepper. Then, place large pieces of Ocean Naturals tuna on top of the tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and aged balsamic.

Delicious on its own, or with crackers.
