Tostada with Albacore Tuna Belly & Piquillo Peppers


(Serves 2)

2 cans Ocean Naturals Albacore Tuna Belly with Piquillo Pepper
2 Tostada (corn tortilla)
1 Large Ripe Avocado
½ Lime Juiced

Red Onion Sliced
Cilantro Leaves
Radish Sliced


Add avocado to a bowl with lime juice and mash until smooth, then season well.

To assemble, put a layer of avocado on each tostada, then top with the tuna belly and piquillo peppers. Garnish with cilantro, red onion and radish. Drizzle with some of the remaining olive oil from the can and a squeeze of lime juice.
