Upgraded Tuna Sandwich with Ocean Naturals® Albacore Tuna Belly & Piquillo Peppers


(Serves 2)

2 cans Ocean Naturals® Albacore Tuna Belly with Piquillo Pepper in Olive Oil
12 inch French Baguette
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 cup Wild Arugula
1 Large Tomato Sliced
2 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp Lemon Juice


Preheat oven to 325F degrees, toast baguette for 3-5 minutes. Allow to cool, then cut baguette in half lengthwise. Spread mayonnaise on top and bottom side of the toasted baguette and layer tomato slices on bottom half. Toss arugula with the lemon, olive oil and season with salt and pepper then place on top of tomatoes. To finish, place Ocean Naturals tuna on top of the arugula along with the piquillo peppers.
