Ocean Naturals® Yellowfin Tuna Belly Pizza with Sweet Onion


(Serves 2-4)
Prep/Cook time: 30-45 minutes

1 can Ocean Naturals® Yellowfin Tuna Belly in Olive Oil
16oz pizza dough
3 cups Sliced Brown Onion
3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Honey
½ cup Marinara Sauce
½ cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Fresh Oregano Leaves for garnish


First, heat a large sauté pan on medium high heat, add oil and onions. Reduce heat to medium low. Season with salt, add honey and sauté for 6-10 minutes until onions are nicely browned.

Next, preheat oven to 450F degrees. While oven is heating, lightly oil a round pizza pan and carefully stretch the dough until it is roughly ½ inch thick. Top your dough with thin layer of tomato sauce, followed by the caramelized onions then mozzarella cheese.

Once oven is to temperature, cook for 15-20 minutes until the crust in firm and golden brown. Remove pizza from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes. To finish, add the tuna evenly to the top of the pizza and garnish with oregano leaves. Cut and enjoy! `
