Pizza with Albacore Tuna Belly


(Serves 2-4)

Prep/Cook time: 30-45 minutes

1 can Ocean Naturals Albacore Tuna Belly
1 16 oz pizza dough
1 cup Sliced Red Onion
1 tbsp. Capers (rinsed)
1 ¼ cup Black Olives (pits removed)
1 cup Fresh Mozzarella
2 tsp. Fresh Thyme Leaves


Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.

While oven is heating, lightly oil a round pizza pan and carefully stretch the dough until it is roughly ½ inch thick. Top the dough with mozzarella, followed by red onion, olives and capers.

Once oven is to temperature, cook for 15-20 minutes until the crust in firm and golden brown.

Remove pizza from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes. To finish, add albacore tuna belly evenly to the top of the pizza and garnish with thyme leaves. Cut and enjoy!
