Flatbread with Ocean Naturals® Albacore Tuna Belly


(Serves 2-4)
Prep/Cook time: 30-45 minutes

1 can Ocean Naturals® Albacore Tuna Belly in Olive Oil
8oz pizza dough
½ cup Cherry Tomatoes Cut in Half
2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
½ cup Mozzarella
¼ cup Fresh Basil Leaves


Pre-heat oven to 450F degrees.

Lightly oil a round pizza pan (or baking sheet). Then, carefully roll your dough into an oval shape to roughly ¼ inch thick and place it on the oiled pizza pan or baking sheet.

Top the dough with mozzarella followed by cherry tomatoes, then add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

Place pizza in the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes until the crust is firm and golden brown. Remove pizza and allow to cool for 5 minutes.

To finish, add Ocean Naturals tuna evenly on top of the flatbread and garnish with basil leaves, parmesan, fresh cracked black pepper and finished with a little more extra virgin olive oil. Cut and enjoy!
